Level 1

• No previous experience required
• Protection: very good, artificial anchor points (pins, ladders, ...)
• Terrain: short, exposed vertical passages (K 1 - 2)

Level 1

• Via ferrata up to 600 altitude meters
• Descent from via ferrata via mountain hiking trail

Day 1

After the participants have met up and collected their rental gear, the Mountain Guide will go over the course schedule. And then it’s time to head straight out to conquer your first via ferrata. Here, the guide will teach the basic skills and cover the main aspects of via ferrata climbing.

Day

You have another challenging day ahead of you and an opportunity to put your new skills to the test. The Via Ferrata Diavolo in Andermatt is just the place.
