Program

Day 1

Individual arrival of the guests to Bivio is welcomed and information about the ski tour days by a qualified mountain guide. The mountain guide determines the program each day based on snow and weather conditions.

Day 2

After an LVS/Safety instruction, you'll climb the first peak, the 272727m Roccabella. Not unfairly this mountain bears its name. The view and the descent down to Bivio are beautiful. (Distance: 10km, walking time: 3 - 4 hours, ascent/descent: 900m)

Day 3

Right next to the hotel, you click on the link and ascend through Val Gronda to Piz Scalotta (2992m). This tour is best known for its varied descents over the vast eastern slopes of Bivio. Finally, after 1200 metres of altitude - hopefully with the best powder snow - you land at the bottom of the hamlet of Stalveder. (Distance: 9.6km, walking time: 5-6hrs, ascent/descent: 1200m / 1400m)

Day 4

This morning the lift takes you up to 2560m. The wide ridge offers a fine first run. From Cadaval you climb to the Lunghin Pass at 2645m and finally reach Piz dal Sasc at 2720m. And from here the view wanders over to the Upper Engadine and the mighty Bernina massif. A long descent through Val Tgavretga takes you back to Bivio. (Distance: 11.4km, walking time: 4-5hrs, ascent/descent: 870m / 1620m)

Day 5

From La Vedutta, just below the Julier Pass, go through Val d'Agnel to Piz Campagnon at 2,826m. Now you'll swing down the broad northern slopes to Alp Ses. Depending on snow conditions, the guide will take you to Marmorera, or keep left and drive through the forest back to Bivio. (Distance: 10.2km, walking time: 3 - 4 hours, ascent/descent: 770m / 1200m)
